Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
1 Chicken breast, skin and bone removed1 tbsp of light mayo1 tbsp of light sprinkle parmesan cheese1/4 c. of diced tomato1 tsp of ground oregano
Directions
- preheat oven to 350ºF
- place chicken in a shallow dish, lined with tinfoil.
- mix mayo, parmesan, tomato and oregno in a bowl.
- drop parmesan mixture over the chicken and pinch tinfoil in to slightly cover.
- cook for approx. 30 - 40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 180º
