Ingredients
1/2 cup Coconut Flour1/2 cup Ground Flax1/4 cup Arrowroot Flour1.5 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Salt1.5 cups Egg Whites (or 6 whole eggs)1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
Whisk together the dry ingredients. Blend egg whites and applesauce and combine with dry ingredients. Mix well - no lumps! Let batter rest for 5 minutes; then stir in vinegar.

Pour batter into greased loaf pan.

Bake at 325 for 1 hour.

    It's not what I expected, but still very good! I love wheat bread, and this tastes very "wheaty" to me. It has a nice nutty taste and is delicious warm with some butter on it. If you're doing full Paleo and miss bread, I encourage you to try this! - 2/2/17

    Very tasty and satisfying as an occasional "reasonable" treat for weekend brunch. I baked in an 8 x 3 1/2 bread pan, and cut into only 8 servings - so had enough to really enjoy :) -- Maryjean - 2/2/13
