Healthy Eggplant Parmasan

Ingredients
Wash and slice one eggplant.Lightly steam slices to soften the eggplant. Put marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish and then layer with the eggplant slices, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approx 30 minutes.
