Beef Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1 pound 9% lean ground beef1/4 c. ketchup1/3 c. water2 Tbsp. brown sugar1 Tbsp. flour1 tsp. prepared mustard1/4 tsp. lite salt1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Brown ground beef. Mix additional ingredients together, and stir into ground beef. Simmer on low for 20-25 minutes. Serve on whole wheat hamburger buns.

Note: I often double this recipe, prepare and then add to my crockpot. Simmer on low for 4-6 hours for an easy lunch or dinner. It's great served with Orange Cream Fruit Salad recipe!
