Romaine "Tacos" (DF)

Ingredients
6 romaine leaves3/4 cup Hummus1/2 cup cucumber sliced into half moons1/2 cup carrots shredded1/2 cup zucchini chopped1 yellow ball pepper julienned
Directions
Spread 2 Tbsp of hummus on each leaf.
Top with cucumber, carrots, zucchini, and pepper.
Eat like a taco or roll up like a tortilla.
