Protein Pancakes/Crepes

Ingredients
1/4 cup low fat plain yoghurt1/2 cup oat flour (grind traditional oats in blender)25g of protein powder/one serving of protein powder1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 egg whites1/4 cup of strawberries or alternative fruit of choicesweetener to taste1/8 cup of water (adjust for desired consistency)
Directions
Mix oats in blender to get a flour like consistency. Add all ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth.

Pour desired portion of mixture into a heated frying pan. When pancakes bubble, flip and cook the other side is golden brown.
