Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 pkg (9 oz) frozen diced cooked chicken breast thawed2 thinly cups sliced celery1 can (8 oz) slied water chestnuts, drained1/2 cup chopped almonds1/3 cup chopped green pepper1 jar (2 oz) diced pimientos, drained2 tablespoons finely chopped onion2/3 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese Fat Free, divided1 cup low-fat mayonnaise2 tablespoons lemon juice1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, celery, water chestnuts, almonds, green pepper, pimientos, onion and 1/3 cup cheese.
In a small bowl combine the mayo, lemon juice and salt. Sir into chicken mixture until blended

Transfer to a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Bale uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle remaining cheese.
Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted
