Nola's Blueberry Pancakes - yummy

Ingredients
3/4 c flour2 tbsp sugar1.5 tsp salt1 pinch of baking soda1 egg2/3 c soured milk ( a couple of drops of vinigar in the milk will sour it)2 tbsp oil
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Beat sour milk, egg, and oil together and add to dry. Pour batter into frying pan and cook on medium heat.

Serving Size: makes 3 - 6 inch pancakes
