3 Tbs. coconut flour3 eggs, or 3/4 c. egg substitute (saves 120 calories)1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce1/3 c. canned coconut milk6 drops vanilla flavored stevia, optional1/4 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. apple cider vinegar 1 Tbs. coconut oil for frying
Heat skillet or pan to medium heat. Melt coconut oil in pan.
Mix coconut flour and eggs. Add all other ingredients.
Fry 2 pancakes at a time, 3 if you have a large pan.
Enjoy!
