M.O.S.T. Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Olive Oil, 2 tsps Salt, 1 dash Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup pieces Garlic, 2 cloves Turmeric, ground, 1/8 tsp2 jumbo eggs
Directions
Add two tsps of olive oil to nonstick pan and onions and sautee over medium low heat for three minutes. Add mushrooms and sautee for two additional minutes. Add salt, garlic and spinach and sautee one minute.

Then sprinkle with salt. Crack two jumbo eggs into veggie mixture and sautee until eggs are cooked. Sprinkle with turmeric and stir together.

Makes 1 serving. Place in a small bowl and enjoy.
