Ingredients
Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped Celery, cooked, 190 grams choppedCarrots, cooked, 142 grams choppedVegetable Broth, 4 cup Bone In Pork Roast, 1506 grams whole
Directions
Add salt and pepper to pork, brown it
Add chopped veg and broth to crock pot, lay pork on top.
Add water to come 2/3 of way up pork
Cover and cook
