Ingredients
1 cup= Oatmeal 1 cup= finely chopped mushrooms 1 cup= Water Chestnuts, blended to where it looks like mashed potatoes 1 cup Brown Rice , cooked1/4 cup + or - corn starch1/2 cup finely chopped onion1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper (bell) 1/4 cup finely chopped jalapeno1/4 cup finely chopped black olives1/4 cup finely grated / chopped carrot 2 eggs1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheeseOlive oil for frying,Mix together all ingredients let cool for about an hour / cook rice before adding .
