Tuna & Cannelini Salad

2 Cans water packed white albacore tuna1 Can Cannelini beans, drained and rinsed2 Cups finely chopped Romaine lettuce - about one inch pieces2 Tbsp minced onioinOne half cup minced celeryOne half cup minced tomatoe4 to 5 Tbsp chopped black olivesDressingJuice of one lemon3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Clove garlic - minced or through a pressSalt & Pepper
Drain tuna and flake finely in a large mixing bowl. Add drained rinsed beans. Add remaining chopped vegetables and toss until thoroughly combined. In a small bowl or measuring cup whisk lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper (to taste) until opaque. Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss until dressing is evenly distributed. This makes a healthy stuffing for pitas.
