Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1 pork tendeloin (approximately 2 pounds)1/4 cup oliv oil1/4 cup soy saucesalt and pepper to taste1 clove garlic3 tbsp of honey dijon mustard
Directions
Mince garlic and then whisk all ingredients together. Let the tenderloin marinate for at least an hour and up to 24 hours prior to cooking. Cook at 375 for 45 to 60 minutes.
