Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
*Pasta, whole wheat elbows, 13.9 ozCheddar Cheese, 2.5 cup, shredded Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp*Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup, 10.75 oz Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), .5 serving Skim Milk, 1 cup *1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 0.5 tspPepper, black, .5 tsp Salt, .5 tsp
Directions
1. Boil the macaroni for 6-8 minutes. Drain.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine butter and cheese; stir until cheese melts.
3. In crock pot, combine cheese mixture and yogurt, soup, salt, milk, mustard, and pepper. Add drained macaroni and stir.
4. Cook on low for 2-2.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
