I pint (2 cups) heavy whipping cream, organic2 Tbsp. cultured buttermilk - probably low fat - organic
Mix ingredients in glass (mason type) jar with good lid. Leave at room temperature 24 hours, shaking jar occasionally.
By end of 24 hours, serve creme fraiche as desired. Refrigerate.
