Mayfair Dressing

Ingredients
1 small celery stick1/2 small onion5 anchovies2/3 c canola oil1 clove garlic1 egg
Directions
blanche celery and onion
add to blender and blend until smooth
add anchovies, garlic and egg and blend again
add 2/3 c of canola oil very slowly until mixture becomes like mayonnaise
