Crock pot beef sauce with pasta

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped1lb extra lean ground beef28 oz can crushed tomatoes10 oz wide egg noodles (or pasta of choice)Salt basil1/2 c shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Put onions in crock pot, crumble beef on top of onions, add tomatoes and a tsp of salt. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Cook pasta according to pkg directions, spoon sauce over pasta and top with 1 3/4 tbsp Parmesan cheese and basil
