Onions:1 red onion chopped into half and sliced2 TBSP raw sugar2 TBSP Olive oil5 TBSP Balsamic vinegarhalf a cup of waterMushrooms:1 cup of mushrooms1 TBSP butter1/2 cup of pesto1 piece of ready to go puff pastry2 Tomatoes 1 red pepper
Directions
Caramelize the onions
Cook the mushrooms
put pesto on pastry add mushrooms onions tomatos and red pepper. Cook for about 15 minutes.
