Ingredients
.5 cups oats.5 cup cottage cheese4 egg whites1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon.5 tsp nutmegSweetener if desired
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour batter into pan or onto griddle. Makes 3 pancakes. Top with spray butter and sugar free syrup. YUMMY!

    I have been making this from the Eat for Life/Body for Life program by Bill Phillips. Also, Volumetrics has a crepe recipe almost identical with added liquid. If you use only 3 egg whites, you reduce calories and still get the same taste & benefit. Add 1/2 tsp. baking powder for fluffier pancakes. - 3/7/08
