Berry-Banana Quick Blaster

1 large ripe banana1/2 cup soy milk1 container fresh blackberries1/2 cup "pineapple-passion" sorbet, such as Select brand (a Safeway brand)1 tablespoon soy protein powder (8 gm protein)
Directions
Peel banana; break into chunks. Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover; blend until fairly smooth.
