Easy Banana Bread

Egg, fresh, 1 largeBanana, fresh, 1.33 cup, mashed (about 3 small - very ripe works best)Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 8 tbsp (=.5 cup)Flour, white, 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 cupBaking Soda, 1 tspSalt, 1 tspWalnuts, .5 cup, chopped
Mix/whisk egg, banana, and mayo in one large bowl until smooth.
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in another medium box until incorporated.
Pour flour mix into banana mix and stir until fully incorporated. Fold in nuts.
Bake at 350 in a loaf pan for about 1 hour until golden and a inserted toothpick or knife comes out clean.
Serving Size: makes 16 - 1 serving slices
