Banana Raisin Bread Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups Raisin Bran cereal1 1/2 cups self-rising flour1 cup ripe banana, mashed1/2 cup 1% milk1/2 cup white sugar1/4 cup brown sugar1/4 cup butter, melted1 large egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease 17 muffin tin cups (or use liners.)
In small bowl, combine cereal and milk and let sit while preparing other ingredients.
In a large bowl, beat banana, sugar, brown sugar, melted butter and egg together. Combine the cereal mixture with the banana mixture. Stir in flour until just combined. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter into each prepared muffin cup. Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 17 muffins or 1 9x5 inch loaf
