Ingredients:Egg, fresh, 1 largeMilk, 3.25%, .25 cupFlour, white, .25 cupBaking Soda .5 tspFlax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbspFor frying: Coconut Oil, 1 1tsp TOPPING Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 2 tspButter, salted, 1 tsppumpkin pie spice or cinnamon to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients, adding baking soda last. Cook in a medium heat griddle. butter pancakes and top with splenda/pumpkin pie spice mixture
