Raw Acai Choc Energy Bars

1/4 Cup Freeze Dried Acai Powder 1/4 Cup Raw Cacao Powder 1 Cup Raw Almonds 1/2 Cup Hulled Hemp Seeds 8 Dried Plums, 1/2 Cup Goji Berries 1 Tbs Chia Seeds 1 Tbs Vanilla Essence Pinch of Salt
Soak Goji berries in a little water, just cover
Blend all dry ingredients in a food processor
Then add wet, till a ball forms. If needed ad a little water
Roll into a sausage shape on wax paper
Wrap up and store in fridge to set, 30-60min
then cut up in medallions
Store in fridge - will last long as all ingredietns are raw in original form
