2 cups flour, sifted2 cups sugar3/4 cup cocoa2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powderpinch salt1/2 cup oil1 cup Hot Coffee1 cup milk2 eggs
1. Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
2. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add oil, coffee, milk, and eggs. Beat just enough to mix well. (Batter will be lumpy.)
3. Pour into a greased 9" x 13" cake pan and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
