Ultimate Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
3 oz Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate melted1 stick butter melted2 eggs beaten until light yellow and thick1 scoop Jay Robb Vanilla Whey protein3/4 cup Erythritol10 drops stevia2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder1 tsp Vanilla Extract1/2 tsp baking powder6 TBS Nevada Manna Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and line 8x8 pan with parchment.

Mix melted chocolate, butter and cocoa powder together, a glass microwave proof measuring cup works great for this. Let cool.

Whip eggs, erythritol, vanilla and stevia until light and fluffy.
Fold chocolate mixture into eggs. Mix in protein powder, chocolate chips and baking powder.

Spread into pan.

Bake at 350 for about 18 to 20. Minutes. Cool. Then refrigerate for about an hour.


Serving Size: 21 small bars from an 8x8 pan. I do this because I always want to go back for more and this way I can always have two.
