Cod Fish Fillet 100% Natural Chemical Free (6 oz.), 12 oz *Juice, Orange Fresh, 0.25 cup Water, tap, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz) *1/8th tsp Paprika, 1 serving *Thyme, dried, 0.50 tsp *Orange Zest (1 serving = 1Tbs of orange peel), 2 serving Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Onions, raw, 2 slice, large (1/4" thick) *Kosher Salt, 0.25 tsp *Pepper, Black ground, 0.25 tsp
Shallow pan spray with flour spray-put in 2 frozen Atlantic cod fillets. Squeeze over orange juice, paprika, thyme & zest.
Bake at 375 for 9 min. then raise temp to 425 for 3-4 additional min. or until fillets flake off with fork.
In a pan saute spinach & onions in EVOO-top on fish.
*put some juice over fish when plating*
