40, saltine cracker squares...ground fine2, 14.75 oz. cans of Pink Salmon3, large eggs1, small onion (chopped)Oil for fryingMix all ingredients together in large bowl, EXCEPT for the oil........that is for FRYING.
Directions
Mix all ingredients in large bowl , EXCEPT for the oil...

Fry in oil hot skillet until both sides are brown & crispy.

Serving Size: Mixture makes 16 small size patties
