2 x small-medium zucchinis grated1 x carrot grated1 onion chopped1 large can tuna in spingwater1continental four cheeses packet mix1 cup of cooked pasta1 cup skin milk40 g lite cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top
Put grated zucchini ,carrot and onion in saucepan with small amount of water and mix as it softens, add more water if required. While this is happening,mix the packet mix in a bowl with the milk, add the tuna and stir, add the 1 cup of pre cooked pasta and ensure all ingredients are well combined. Now simply add to the pan ( with the vegetables ) ,stir and simmer for 10mins. Once thickened put into serving dish and top with grated cheese. Sit for 10mins and you are ready to serve.
