Garlic Fries

Ingredients
4 russet potatoes cut like fries (1/4 x 4)3 cloves garlic3 tbsn olive
Directions
Cut up potatoes,
pat dry with paper towel
Heat olive oil and garlic on stove for 2 minutes.
Or move from heat
Set oven to 450
Coat 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray
Put potatoes in zip lock bag and add oil and garlic mixture
Spread out evenly on sheets and bake for 35 minutes, turning pans half way through cooking time and flipping fries so that they crisp on all sides
Enjoy!
