Chocolate Zinfandel Chili

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil3/4 large yellow onion, diced1.5 lbs lean ground beef2 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp chili and lime seasoning1 1/2 tbsp Montreal Seasoning1 15oz can pork and beans2 15 oz cans red kidney beans2 15 oz cans diced tomatoes5/8 cup Zinfandel1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil until clear. Add ground beef, chop fine while cooking. Add chili powder and other seasonings. Stir and cook until ground beef is fully cooked. Add pork and beans,kidney beans and tomatoes. Stir in until hot and incorporated. Add wine, stir and simmer on low heat for 1/2 to 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add cocoa powder, stir and cook until incorporated.
