Julieta's Delish Tofu Dish

Ingredients
Slice Onions and the tomato. Put in a pan with the tomato sauce and olive oil. Let it cook for while until the onions are soft. Put the oregano and salt and pepper at your taste.Then, put in the tofu and mix it all together, let it cook for another 3 minutes then add the light mayo and stir. Add more salt and pepper if you want to, leave it for a minute and then it's ready to serve. Side dishes: Cooked veggies, some nice whole-wheat pasta and a bunch of your friends!
