Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 2.75 cup 2% mozarella Cheese, 3 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Basil, 1 tbsp Manicotti-1 shell, 14 serving Garlic, 2 tsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.25 breasts (cooked and shredded) Spinach, fresh, .5 bunch (wilted and shredded) Mushrooms, canned, 1 small can (or cook up your own to equal about 1/2 cup of chopped mushrooms)
-remove stems from spinach leaves, wilt on heated skillet
-cook chicken and shred
-mix all ingredients together once spinach and chicken have cooked (not sauce or shells)
-put a little sauce in the bottom of the the pan
-stuff shells and place in the pan next to each other
-cover in sauce
-cook for about 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees
