Gluten Free Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
DRY1/2c Buckwheat Flour1/2c Brown Rice Flour1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tsp sugarWET1c Almond Milk1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add almond milk and oil and stir. Do not over-mix. Pour 1/4 of mix into pan and add blueberries. Cook on medium heat.

Serving Size: Makes four 5" in diameter pancakes. 1 pancake is a serving.
