Cauliflower cream soup

Ingredients
500g cauliflower, chopped100g onion, chopped20g cashew nuts4 garlic cloves, choppedgenerous pepper and salt2 grates of fresh nutmeg4 saffron threads1 litre of water
Directions
boil everything until soft,then blend and serve hot.
