6 Large tomatoes1 Cup Cider Vinegar1/2 Cup Lemon Juice1 tsp. Oregano3 Cloves Garlic, minced1 tsp. Salt2 Cups Onions, chopped1 Cup Green Pepper, chopped1 Jalapeno Pepper, or to taste
Makes 8 1/4 cup servings
Peel and core tomatoes. Place in large pot on high heat. Add vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, garlic and salt. Bring to boil then reduce heat to medium. Cook until tomatoes fall apart. Add onions, green peppers and jalapeno pepper. Continue to cook on medium until thick.
Cool. Refridgerate
