Homemade Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 small head of cabbage2 carrots1 small stalk celery1 green bell pepper1/2 red bell pepperdressing:1 egg yolk3 tbs. sugar1 tbs. prepared yellow mustard2 tbs. butter1/2 cup cider vinegar1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions
Shred all vegetables and mix together & set aside.

Dressing:
In a medium saucepan, stir together the egg yolk, sugar, mustard, butter and vinegar. Whisk together over medium heat and boil until thick. Remove from heat and cool. Whisk in the cream mix with cabbage mixture.
