Oats, 1 cup Pecans, .5 cup, chopped *Pumpkin Pie spice, .5 tbsp Ginger, ground, .5 tsp *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp Maple Syrup, .5 tbsp Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), .25 cup a versitile granola, you can change the nuts, the syrup to molases and the type of dried fruit.
mix the oats and spices. add the nuts. add everything else except the fruit.
spread out on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non stick spray or parchment paper
bake at 200 degrees for about 2 hours.
cool then add dried fruit
