Fried Egg Toast with Tomatoes

Ingredients
Sara Lee, Delightful Wheat Bread, 1 slice, 1 serving Egg, fresh, 1 large Tomato, grape diced (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 1 oz *Green Onion diced (1 Green Onion), .125 cup *Kirkland Parmesan Reggiano, .5 tbsp
Directions
Using biscuit cut, cut out a circle in bread. Spray griddle with cooking spray. Toast bread on each side. Crack egg into hole in bread. Cook and once set flip. When done sprinkle with cheese, tomato and onion.
