Meatballs with Ground Chuck

Ingredients
1 lb. Lean Ground Chuck (80/20)1 large egg2 slices wheat sandwich bread1/4 tsp garlic, ground1/4 tsp crushed red pepper1/4 tsp oregano, ground1/2 medium onion, chopped
Directions
Combine egg, wheat bread slices, chopped onions, and all seasonings. Once all ingredients are combined add in ground chuck. Form into 9 balls.

Place in glass/pyrex microwave save casserole dish, and put sheet of wax paper on top. Put in microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes, turn once, then cook for another 3 minutes. After cooking, check and add an additional minute if needed.

Serving Size: Makes 9 meatballs
