Ingredients
Directions
1 tablespoon sesame oil1 lb skinless chicken breast (I used two breasts, thinly sliced)1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp ground ginger1 3-oz package chicken flavor ramen noodle soup16 oz frozen stir fry veggies1/4 c. Water (I scooped the water out of the cooking ramen pot)
Cut slightly frozen chicken into thin slices while heating oil in 9"+ sized skillet. Stir fry the chicken in the skillet (wok would be better...). When chicken is no longer pink, add the frozen veggies. Cover.
Boil water for ramen noodles. Scoop out 1/4c water, pour the water into a small bowl. Add the ginger, soy sauce, garlic, chicken flavoring packet into the noodle water & stir.
Drain the noodles. When veggies are finished, add the noodles and sauce to the chicken & veggies, and toss. Transfer to a bowl for easier tossing.
