Hummus Pita Pizza

Ingredients
1 Smart & Delicious Traditional Pita (or any small, pita)3/4 cup cut broccoli1/2 cup cut mushrooms3 oz canned tuna in water2 tbsp. Classic Hummus2 tsp. olive oil1 tbsp. crumbled goat cheeseSalt and Pepper
Directions
1) Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Cook veggies on skillet in the olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
3) Spread hummus across pita.
4) Drain tuna and place across hummus.
5) Add veggies evenly over tuna.
6) Sprinkle the goat cheese evenly across pizza.
7) Cook in oven for 6-8 min. ENJOY!
