Ingredients
Ingredients:*Chicken, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 16 oz *McCormick Fajita Season Mix, 2 tsp*Kroger Frozen 3 Pepper & Onion Blend (1 cup), 4 serving *Kroger's 100percent Whole Wheat Tortilla 1 serving = 1 tolrtilla, 4 serving
Directions
In a small bowl, combine fajita seasoning with 1 tablespoon water, until mixed well.

In a bowl, coat the chicken evenly with seasoning mixture. Place bowl in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Once marinated, bring a medium pan sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat. Add the contents of the bowl, including any excess marinade, to the pan. Saute until chicken is cooked through, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes. Add the peppers & onions when the chicken is almost completely cooked and continue to cook for an additional minute or 2.

Fill the tortilla shells with chicken-and-veggie mixture. Add salsa or sour cream if you would like.

Serving Size: Makes 4 Hearty Fajitas = 2 servings
