Cheesy Flaxseed Wafers

Ingredients
1/2 C butter3/4 C whole wheat flour1/4 C flax seed1 C shredded low fat cheddar1/4 t cayenne pepper
Directions
Mix flour and butter together to resemble fine bread crumbs. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Form into a ball, and refrigerate until firm. Roll into balls, and flatten with hand. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.

Makes 3 dozen wafers.
