Ingredients
Chicken breast sliced into strips-1lbGreen peppers 1 cupred peppers .5 cup.5 yellow onion1 cup fresh mushrooms1 tbsp seasoning salt1 tbsp oregano1 tbsp garlic powder.5 tbsp ground black pepper1.5 cups cooked long grain white rice
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix all ingrediants in a mixing bowl, (let sit in refrigerator overnight for more flavor)
Cook for 75 minutes
makes 3 servings
