Smothered Green Chile Pepper Chicken

8 x 3oz boneless, skinless chicken thighs1tbsp lime juice8 Whole canned green chiles1cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheeselow sodium taco seasoning or preferred spices
1)place thighs in 8x8 baking dish
2)sprinkle lime juice over thighs, followed by seasoning/spices
3)split each chile on ONE side and place over chicken thigh
4)Cover chicken evenly with shredded cheese
5)Cover with foil and bake @400F for 30mins.
6)Uncover and bake for 5 additional mins
