Easy Chicken Kiev

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
[1] Mix basil, oregano, parsley and salt and pepper with
bread crumbs in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl,
melt half the butter.
[2] Dip each chicken breast in melted butter, roll in bread
crumbs and place on a baking pan or rimmed baking sheet.
[3] Bake until fully cooked, about 30 minutes. Melt
remaining butter, pour over chicken, return to oven and bake
another 5 minutes.
[4] Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
