Butternut Squash Casserole

Ingredients
1 medium butternut squash1 cup cooked quinoa1/4 onion3 garlic cloves1/2 cup milk1/2 cup yogurt1 cup shredded cheese1 T rosemary1 T Worcestershire sauceSalt & Pepper to tasteCinnamon
Directions
Cut butternut squash in to cubes and sprinkle with Cinnamon cook for 15 min in 375 oven.

Combine all ingredients in casserole dish including cooked squash and bake for 25 min covered with Foil. Uncover and back for 10 more min.
