Garlic, 3 clovesOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)*Fennel seed, 2 tspRaisins, 0.25 cup*Pine Nuts, 2 tbspSainsbury Portuguese sardines in tomato sauce, 120 gram(s)Anchovy (anchovies), 0.5 can (2 oz)*Sainsbury’s Spirali Pasta dry, 200 gram(s)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
1. Roast the pine nuts
2. Fry the garlic and onion in olive oil
3. Add the tomatoes and anchovies
4. Add the fennel seeds and simmer for ten minutes
5. Cook the pasta. Add the pine nutes & raisins to the sauce.
6. Add the sardines, heat through and serve.
